The Morgan Park Academy Warriors basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Unity Christian Academy Phoenix to 24 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Warriors now have a 14-2 record. They play next when they travel to Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park for a Lakeshore game on Friday, January 17. Morgan Park Academy will confront a Hawks team coming off a 41-23 league loss to Beacon Academy (Evanston, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 3-9.

With the loss, Unity Christian Academy falls to 7-5 on the campaign. The Phoenix travel to Calvary Christian Academy (Normal, IL) to confront the Knights in a non-league game on Friday, January 17. The Knights go into the game with a record of 8-7. Calvary Christian Academy won 52-22 in their recent league game against Judah Christian (Champaign, IL)
