California High School Basketball - Gilroy falls to Live Oak

The Gilroy Mustangs basketball squad (Gilroy, CA), was outscored 50-34 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Live Oak Acorns (Morgan Hill, CA)

With the victory, Live Oak advances its record to 7-4 on the year. The Acorns travel to Evergreen Valley (San Jose, CA) to meet the Cougars in a battle on Friday, January 17. The Cougars enter the battle with a record of 10-3. Evergreen Valley won 49-38 in their recent league battle against Oak Grove (San Jose, CA)

The Mustangs now own a 0-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ann Sobrato for a battle on Friday, January 17. Gilroy will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 54-19 league win over Mt. Pleasant (San Jose, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-6.
