The Leigh Longhorns got by the visiting Christopher Cougars basketball squad by a final score of 73-72 in Thursday's league outing.

Next, the Longhorns clash with the Monta Vista Matadors (Cupertino, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 17. Leigh will attempt to move on its 4-8 season record. The Matadors go into the bout with a 11-3 record after their 47-43 league loss to Homestead (Cupertino, CA).
