In their next game, the Redhounds face the South Laurel Cardinals (London, KY) in a District 50 game, on Friday, January 20. Corbin will attempt to move on its 10-2 season record.

With the defeat, Whitley County moves to 10-5 on the year. The Colonels travel to Pineville (Pineville, KY) to face the Mountain Lions in a non-league game on Thursday, January 19. The Mountain Lions enter the game with a record of 8-3.
