New Lisbon Rockets (New Lisbon, WI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting La Farge Wildcats (La Farge, WI), 80-62 in a non-league bout.

With the win, New Lisbon upgrades its record to 4-10 on the season. The Rockets travel to Ithaca (Richland Center, WI) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Monday, January 16. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 11-2. Ithaca won 68-66 in their recent league bout against De Soto (De Soto, WI)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Hillsboro Tigers (Hillsboro, WI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. La Farge will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 11-3 record after their 66-57 non-league win over North Crawford (Soldiers Grove, WI).
