Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Old Forge topped by Lakeland

The Lakeland Chiefs basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the visiting Old Forge Blue Devils to 33 in the Chiefs league victory on Monday.
The Chiefs now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mid Valley for a Lackawanna 3 contest on Thursday, January 19. Lakeland will battle a Spartans team coming off a 41-36 league win over Riverside (Taylor, PA). The Spartans record now stands at 4-3.
The Blue Devils (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Dunmore (Dunmore, PA). The Bucks come into the Lackawanna 3 contest with a 9-2 record. In their last contest, Dunmore prevailed over Holy Cross (Dunmore, PA), 47-33, in a league contest.
