The West Franklin Falcons basketball team (Pomona, KS), was overwhelmed 67-20 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Osage City Indians (Osage City, KS)
The Indians now possess a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chase County for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 19. Osage City will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 54-49 league loss to Mission Valley (Eskridge, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-2.
The Falcons (1-10) will now prepare for their battle against Waverly (Waverly, KS). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 1-9 record. In their last battle, Waverly was overwhelmed by Southern Coffey County (LeRoy, KS), 55-22, in a league battle.
