Marysville Indians (Marysville, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wheatland Pirates (Wheatland, CA), 67-22 in a league bout.

With the win, Marysville upgrades its record to 6-7 on the season. The Indians travel to Lindhurst (Olivehurst, CA) to play the Blazers in a bout on Wednesday, January 18. The Blazers go into the bout with a record of 0-9. Lindhurst lost 62-21 in their recent league bout against Center (Antelope, CA)

Next up, the Pirates play the Bear River Bruins (Grass Valley, CA) in a bout, on Wednesday, January 18. Wheatland will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Bruins go into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 70-50 league loss to Center (Antelope, CA).
