With the win, Acaciawood upgrades its record to 6-9 on the season. The Golden Eagles travel to Samueli Academy (Santa Ana, CA) to play the Firewolves in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 18. The Firewolves go into the bout with a record of 12-8. Samueli Academy lost 47-39 in their recent league bout against Calvary Chapel (Downey, CA)

Next up, the Magi play the Eastside Christian Eagles (Fullerton, CA) in a Express bout, on Thursday, January 18. Anaheim Discovery Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 1-11 record after their 40-30 non-league win over NOVA Academy (Santa Ana, CA).
