New York High School Basketball - Aquinas Institute tipped by Franklin

The Franklin Bulldogs basketball team scored 84 points and held the visiting Aquinas Institute Little Irish to 78 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host McQuaid Jesuit for a Section 5 Rochester City - Upper contest on Wednesday, January 17. Franklin will meet a Knights team coming off a 73-50 non-league win over Corning-Painted Post (Corning, NY). The Knights record now stands at 4-8.
The Little Irish (11-1) will now prepare for their contest against Vertus (Rochester, NY). The Warriors enter the Section 5 Private Parochial contest with a 4-8 record.
