Augusta Eagles (Martinez, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Mead Hall Episcopal School Panthers (Aiken, SC), 52-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Augusta Eagles upgrades its record to 8-7 on the season. The travel to Coastal HomeSchool (Pembroke, GA) to play the Hurricanes in a Freelance bout on Friday, January 19. The Hurricanes go into the bout with a record of 13-10. Coastal HomeSchool won 79-27 in their recent non-league bout against Trinity Christian (Statesboro, GA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Augusta Prep Day Cavaliers (Augusta, GA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 25. Mead Hall Episcopal School will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record.
