Ohio High School Basketball - Northland crushes Beechcroft

Northland Vikings (Columbus, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Beechcroft Cougars (Columbus, OH), 83-52 in a league bout.

With the win, Northland upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Vikings travel to Columbus International (Columbus, OH) to clash with the Lions in a Columbus City - North bout on Friday, January 19. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 3-8. Columbus International lost 77-72 in their recent non-league bout against Marion-Franklin (Columbus, OH)

Next up, the Cougars clash with the Linden-McKinley Panthers (Columbus, OH) in a Columbus City - North bout, on Thursday, January 18. Beechcroft will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 8-5 record after their 64-28 league win over Whetstone (Columbus, OH).
