The Blake Bears basketball team scored 102 points and held the host Mounds Park Academy Panthers to 45 in the Bears non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bears now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Breck for a AA Section 5 contest on Friday, January 19. Blake will face a Mustangs team coming off a 90-75 non-league win over Minnehaha Academy (Minneapolis, MN). The Mustangs record now stands at 13-0.

With the defeat, Mounds Park Academy moves to 4-6 on the year. The Panthers host St. Paul Academy-Summit (St. Paul, MN) to face the Spartans in a AA Section 4 match on Friday, January 19. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 7-4. St. Paul Academy-Summit won 84-71 in their recent non-league match against Providence Academy/Rivertree (Plymouth, MN)
