In their next game, the Cubs face the St. Mary's Prep Eaglets (Orchard Lake, MI) in a Catholic Central game, on Friday, January 19. University of Detroit Jesuit will attempt to move on its 10-3 season record. The Eaglets enter the game with a 10-1 record after their 66-47 league win over Brother Rice (Bloomfield Hills, MI).

With the defeat, Brother Rice moves to 8-5 on the year. The Warriors host De La Salle Collegiate (Warren, MI) to face the Pilots in a Catholic Central game on Friday, January 19. The Pilots enter the game with a record of 9-3. De La Salle Collegiate won 72-71 in their recent league game against Catholic Central (Novi, MI)
