South Carolina High School Basketball - North Central routs Buford

January 16, 2024: Kershaw, SC 29067

In Tuesday's league outing, the North Central Knights (Kershaw, SC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Buford Yellowjackets (Lancaster, SC), by a count of 81-41.

The Knights (8-6) will now prepare for their outing against Chesterfield (Chesterfield, SC). The Golden Rams go into the AA Region 5 outing with a 1-13 record. In their last outing, Chesterfield was crushed by Cheraw (Cheraw, SC), 66-55, in a league outing.

The Yellowjackets now hold a 0-17 record. They play next when they host Chesterfield for a AA Region 5 outing on Friday, January 19. Buford will clash with a Golden Rams squad coming off a 66-46 league loss to North Central (Kershaw, SC). The Golden Rams record now stands at 1-14.
