Cambridge Springs Devils (Cambridge Springs, PA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Union City Bears (Union City, PA), 53-34 in a league bout.
With the victory, Cambridge Springs upgrades its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Devils travel to Saegertown (Saegertown, PA) to play the Panthers in a District 10 Region 2 bout on Friday, January 19. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 8-5. Saegertown won 69-32 in their recent league bout against Maplewood (Guys Mills, PA)
Next up, the Bears play the Eisenhower Knights (Russell, PA) in a District 10 Region 2 bout, on Friday, January 19. Union City will attempt to upgrade on its 1-11 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 11-2 record after their 53-40 league win over Cochranton (Cochranton, PA).
