In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Spring Lake Park Panthers (Spring Lake Park, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Centennial Cougars (Circle Pines, MN), by a count of 93-72.
The Panthers (6-6) will now prepare for their outing against Champlin Park (Champlin, MN). The Rebels go into the AAAA Section 5 outing with a 6-8 record. In their last outing, Champlin Park smashed Rogers (Rogers, MN), 75-72, in a non-league outing.
The Cougars now hold a 4-11 record. They play next when they host Andover for a AAAA Section 7 outing on Thursday, January 18. Centennial will clash with a Huskies squad coming off a 93-86 league win over Blaine (Blaine, MN). The Huskies record now stands at 4-8.
