The St. Francis Prep Terriers basketball team (Fresh Meadows, NY), was nudged 53-51 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Christ the King Royals (Middle Village, NY)

The Royals now sport a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cardinal Hayes for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 20. Christ the King will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 64-62 non-league loss to Epic South (Ozone Park, NY). The Cardinals record now stands at 6-7.

The Terriers (8-5) will now prepare for their battle against Xaverian (Brooklyn, NY). The Clippers come into the Catholic AA - Brooklyn/Queens battle with a 4-4 record.
