Spectators at Tuesday's league test between the Don Bosco Dons (Gilbertville, IA) and the host Clarksville Indians (Clarksville, IA), witnessed Don Bosco's basketball squad nip Clarksville by a margin of 57-55.

The Dons (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Tripoli (Tripoli, IA). The Panthers go into the Iowa Star test with a 0-12 record. In their last test, Tripoli was tipped by Riceville (Riceville, IA), 56-26, in a league test.

The Indians now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they travel to Waterloo Christian for a non-league test on Friday, January 19. Clarksville will encounter a Regents squad coming off a 61-49 non-league win over Dunkerton (Dunkerton, IA). The Regents record now stands at 9-3.
