Riverside Rangers (El Paso, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Clint Lions (Clint, TX), 66-36 in a league bout.
With the win, Riverside upgrades its record to 7-15 on the season. The Rangers host Anthony (Anthony, TX) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, January 19. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 14-7. Anthony won 51-35 in their recent non-league bout against Clint (Clint, TX)
Next up, the Lions clash with the Mountain View Lobos (El Paso, TX) in a 4A Region I District 2 bout, on Friday, January 19. Clint will attempt to upgrade on its 1-15 season record. The Lobos go into the bout with a 6-17 record after their 45-37 league win over San Elizario (San Elizario, TX).
