Gananda Central Blue Panthers (Walworth, NY) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Clyde-Savannah Golden Eagles (Clyde, NY), 70-47 in a league bout.

With the win, Gananda Central upgrades its record to 10-4 on the season. The Blue Panthers host Sodus (Sodus, NY) to play the Spartans in a Section 5 Wayne bout on Thursday, January 18. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Sodus won 66-55 in their recent league bout against Williamson (Williamson, NY)

Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Marion Black Knights (Marion, NY) in a Section 5 Wayne bout, on Thursday, January 25. Clyde-Savannah will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record. The Black Knights go into the bout with a 0-12 record after their 92-28 league loss to Gananda Central (Walworth, NY).
