Troy-Buchanan Trojans (Troy, MO) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Howell North Knights (St. Charles, MO), 56-48 in a league bout.

With the win, Troy-Buchanan upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Trojans travel to Timberland (Wentzville, MO) to play the T-Wolves in a Gateway - South bout on Friday, January 19. The T-Wolves go into the bout with a record of 7-6. Timberland lost 69-57 in their recent non-league bout against Fort Zumwalt South (St. Peters, MO)

Next up, the Knights play the Howell Vikings (St. Charles, MO) in a Gateway - South bout, on Friday, January 19. Howell North will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 13-3 record after their 79-48 league win over Fort Zumwalt West (O'Fallon, MO).
