The Lubbock Christian Eagles (Lubbock, TX) basketball crushed the host Trinity Chargers (Midland, TX), 78-14 in Tuesday's league test.
The Eagles (15-6) will now prepare for their test against San Jacinto Christian Academy (Amarillo, TX). The Patriots go into the TAPPS 3A District 1 test with a 2-18 record. In their last test, San Jacinto Christian Academy was trounced by Fellowship Academy (Kennedale, TX), 61-29, in a league test.
The Chargers now own a 4-10 record. They play next when they host Weatherford Christian for a TAPPS 3A District 1 test on Friday, January 19. Trinity will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 61-24 league win over Temple Christian (Fort Worth, TX). The Lions record now stands at 5-8.
