Idaho High School Basketball - Melba winner over New Plymouth

The Melba Mustangs (Melba, ID) basketball felled the visiting New Plymouth Pilgrims (New Plymouth, ID), 78-64 in Tuesday's league test.
The Mustangs (8-4) will now prepare for their test against Compass Charter (Meridian, ID). The Aviators go into the 2A Western Idaho test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, Compass Charter thwarted Marsing (Marsing, ID), 55-54, in a league test.
The Pilgrims now own a 10-3 record. They play next when they travel to North Star for a 2A Western Idaho test on Friday, January 19. New Plymouth will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 65-28 league loss to Nampa Christian (Nampa, ID). The Huskies record now stands at 1-11.
