Georgia High School Basketball - Mountain View can't hold off Mill Creek

The Mill Creek Hawks basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Mountain View Bears to 51 in the Hawks league triumph on Tuesday.

The Hawks now sport a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Collins Hill for a AAAAAAA Region 8 contest on Friday, January 19. Mill Creek will battle a Eagles team coming off a 86-49 league loss to Buford (Buford, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 12-7.

The Bears (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA). The Black Knights enter the AAAAAAA Region 8 contest with a 7-11 record. In their last contest, Central Gwinnett was nudged by Dacula (Dacula, GA), 66-56, in a league contest.
