In Tuesday's league match, the visiting St. Francis Fighting Saints basketball team scored a tight 63-62 triumph over the Monticello Magic.

In their next game, the Fighting Saints meet the Chisago Lakes Area Wildcats (Lindstrom, MN) in a non-league match, on Thursday, January 18. St. Francis will attempt to move on its 6-7 season record.
