In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Nandua Warriors (Onley, VA) basketball squad felled the visiting Poquoson Islanders (Poquoson, VA), by a margin of 59-48.
The Warriors (6-5) will now prepare for their outing against Crisfield (Crisfield, MD). The Crabbers go into the non-league outing with a 3-6 record.
The Islanders now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Grafton for a Bay Rivers outing on Wednesday, January 17. Poquoson will clash with a Clippers squad coming off a 49-47 league win over Smithfield (Smithfield, VA). The Clippers record now stands at 10-2.
