The Cougars (14-6) will now prepare for their outing against Clovis West (Fresno, CA). The Golden Eagles go into the challenge with a 20-1 record. In their last challenge, Clovis West nipped Buchanan (Clovis, CA), 55-24, in a league challenge.

Next up, the Timberwolves play the Central Grizzlies (Fresno, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, January 19. Clovis East will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a 12-5 record after their 50-40 league loss to Clovis North (Fresno, CA).
