Alice Coyotes (Alice, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Harmony School of Excellence Hawks (Laredo, TX), 50-18 in a league bout.

With the win, Alice upgrades its record to 19-11 on the season. The Coyotes host Tuloso-Midway (Corpus Christi, TX) to play the Warriors in a 4A Region IV District 31 bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 9-11. Tuloso-Midway won 47-37 in their recent league bout against Robstown (Robstown, TX)

Next up, the Hawks play the Calallen Wildcats (Corpus Christi, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 31 bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Harmony School of Excellence will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record.
