Glenmora Wildcats (Glenmora, LA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Avoyelles Mustangs (Moreauville, LA), 44-22 in a league bout.

With the victory, Glenmora upgrades its record to 13-11 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Pickering (Leesville, LA) to play the Red Devils in a 2A District 4 bout on Friday, January 19. The Red Devils come into the bout with a record of 10-12.

With the defeat, Avoyelles moves to 12-9 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Rosepine (Rosepine, LA) to face the Eagles in a 2A District 4 game on Friday, January 19. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 21-5. Rosepine won 89-63 in their recent league game against Holy Savior Menard (Alexandria, LA)
