The C.A. Johnson Hornets basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Governor's School for Science & Math Eagles to 14 in the Hornets league triumph on Tuesday.
The Hornets now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host McBee for a A Region 3 contest on Friday, January 19. C.A. Johnson will battle a Panthers team coming off a 40-36 league win over Lewisville (Richburg, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 4-4.
The Eagles (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Lewisville (Richburg, SC). The Lions enter the A Region 3 contest with a 10-3 record.
