The Central Warriors basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting West Central Blue Devils to 20 in the Warriors league victory on Tuesday.

The Warriors now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central City for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 18. Central will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 65-46 league loss to Springville (Springville, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-9.

The Blue Devils (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against South Winneshiek (Calmar, IA). The Warriors come into the Upper Iowa contest with a 5-9 record. In their last contest, South Winneshiek was routed by Crestwood (Cresco, IA), 50-31, in a non-league contest.
