With the win, Chesnee upgrades its record to 2-17 on the season. The Eagles travel to Greer Middle College (Taylors, SC) to clash with the Blazers in a AA Region 1 bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Blazers go into the bout with a record of 3-11. Greer Middle College lost 72-23 in their recent league challenge against Blacksburg (Blacksburg, SC)

Next up, the Red Devils confront the Blacksburg Wildcats (Blacksburg, SC) in a AA Region 1 challenge, on Friday, January 19. Liberty will attempt to improve on its 4-15 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 65-50 league win over Landrum (Landrum, SC).
