The Cristo Rey Jesuit basketball team (Minneapolis, MN), was overwhelmed 64-20 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Concordia Academy Beacons (Roseville, MN)

The Beacons now possess a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nova Classical Academy for a non-league battle on Friday, January 19. Concordia Academy will confront a Knights team coming off a 56-16 non-league loss to Maranatha Christian Academy (Brooklyn Park, MN). The Knights record now stands at 6-6.

The (3-22) will now prepare for their battle against North Community (Minneapolis, MN). The Polars come into the AA Section 5 battle with a 7-7 record. In their last battle, North Community was overwhelmed by Roosevelt (Minneapolis, MN), 60-34, in a league battle.
