Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Davis Darts (Kaysville, UT) and the visiting Layton Lancers (Layton, UT), saw Davis's basketball squad wallop Layton by a count of 60-34.

With the victory, Davis upgrades its record to 13-0 on the campaign. The Darts host Syracuse (Syracuse, UT) to play the Titans in a 6A Region 1 challenge on Friday, January 19. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 11-3. Syracuse won 71-33 in their recent league challenge against Weber (Pleasant View, UT)

Next up, the Lancers play the Farmington Phoenix (Farmington, UT) in a 6A Region 1 challenge, on Friday, January 19. Layton will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record. The Phoenix come into the challenge with a 1-11 record after their 62-31 league loss to Fremont (Plain City, UT).
