With the win, Wakefield upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The Cardinals travel to L'Anse (L'Anse, MI) to play the Purple Hornets in a Copper Mountain bout on Friday, January 19. The Purple Hornets go into the bout with a record of 4-4.
