Peachtree Ridge Lions (Suwanee, GA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Duluth Wildcats (Duluth, GA), 63-37 in a league bout.

With the victory, Peachtree Ridge upgrades its record to 6-9 on the campaign. The Lions host Berkmar (Lilburn, GA) to play the Patriots in a AAAAAAA Region 7 bout on Friday, January 19. The Patriots come into the bout with a record of 1-18. Berkmar lost 67-24 in their recent league bout against Discovery (Lawrenceville, GA)

Next up, the Wildcats play the North Gwinnett Bulldogs (Suwanee, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 7 bout, on Friday, January 19. Duluth will attempt to upgrade on its 2-14 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 8-9 record after their 72-32 league win over Meadowcreek (Norcross, GA).
