North Carolina High School Basketball - Eno River edges Oxford Prep

The Eno River Bobcats (Hillsborough, NC) basketball nipped the host Oxford Prep Griffins (Oxford, NC), 46-41 in Tuesday's league test.

The Bobcats (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Vance Charter (Henderson, NC). The Knights go into the 1A Triangle North test with a 9-2 record. In their last test, Vance Charter got by Excelsior Classical Academy (Durham, NC), 62-4, in a league test.

The Griffins now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they travel to Henderson Collegiate for a 1A Triangle North test on Friday, January 19. Oxford Prep will encounter a Pride squad coming off a 60-3 league loss to Eno River (Hillsborough, NC). The Pride record now stands at 0-4.
