In Tuesday's league outing, the Prosper Eagles (Prosper, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Guyer Wildcats (Denton, TX), by a count of 63-42.

The Eagles (22-7) will now prepare for their outing against Boyd (McKinney, TX). The Broncos go into the 6A Region I District 5 outing with a 13-11 record. In their last outing, Boyd was crushed by Braswell (Little Elm, TX), 60-19, in a league outing.

The Wildcats now hold a 8-16 record. They play next when they travel to Little Elm for a 6A Region I District 5 outing on Friday, January 19. Guyer will clash with a Lobos squad coming off a 75-60 league loss to McKinney (McKinney, TX). The Lobos record now stands at 23-7.
