Indiana High School Basketball - Pendleton Heights tops Lapel

January 16, 2024: Pendleton, IN 46064

Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Pendleton Heights Arabians (Pendleton, IN) and the visiting Lapel Bulldogs (Lapel, IN), saw Pendleton Heights's basketball squad knock off Lapel by a count of 57-44.

With the victory, Pendleton Heights upgrades its record to 13-7 on the campaign. The Arabians host Connersville (Connersville, IN) to play the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 18. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 11-8. Connersville won 36-27 in their recent league challenge against Franklin County (Brookville, IN)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Muncie Central Bearcats (Muncie, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 18. Lapel will attempt to upgrade on its 16-4 season record. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a 1-16 record after their 55-7 non-league loss to Greenfield-Central (Greenfield, IN).
