The Mayer Lutheran Crusaders (Mayer, MN) basketball felled the host Sibley East Wolverines (Arlington, MN), 67-49 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Crusaders (9-5) will now prepare for their test against Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] (Montgomery, MN). The Titans go into the non-league test with a 8-6 record. In their last test, Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] thwarted St. James (St. James, MN), 73-70, in a non-league test.
The Wolverines now own a 9-7 record. They play next when they travel to Lester Prairie for a non-league test on Friday, January 19. Sibley East will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 59-33 league win over Heritage Christian Academy (Maple Grove, MN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-4.
