The Southwest Christian School Eagles (Fort Worth, TX) basketball felled the visiting Midland Christian Mustangs (Midland, TX), 52-34 in Tuesday's league test.
The Eagles (11-7) will now prepare for their test against Fort Worth Christian (North Richland Hills, TX). The Cardinals go into the TAPPS 5A District 1 test with a 13-17 record. In their last test, Fort Worth Christian was beaten by All Saints (Fort Worth, TX), 61-40, in a league test.
The Mustangs now own a 14-10 record. They play next when they host Liberty Christian for a TAPPS 5A District 1 test on Friday, January 19. Midland Christian will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 56-39 league win over Southwest Christian School (Fort Worth, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 11-11.
