Georgia High School Basketball - Pataula Charter Academy ripped by Mitchell County

The Mitchell County Eagles basketball squad scored 68 points and restricted the host Pataula Charter Academy Panthers to 25 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.

With the victory, Mitchell County upgrades its record to 2-12 on the campaign. The Eagles host Stewart County (Lumpkin, GA) to play the Royal Knights in a A D2 Region 1 bout on Friday, January 19. The Royal Knights come into the bout with a record of 7-6. Stewart County lost 72-52 in their recent league bout against Seminole County (Donalsonville, GA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Calhoun County Cougars (Edison, GA) in a A D2 Region 1 bout, on Friday, January 19. Pataula Charter Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Cougars come into the bout with a 3-11 record after their 71-21 non-league win over Quitman County (Georgetown, GA).
