With the win, New England upgrades its record to 6-8 on the season. The Tigers travel to New Salem (New Salem, ND) to play the Holsteins in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Holsteins go into the bout with a record of 6-6. New Salem lost 57-24 in their recent league bout against Central McLean [Turtle Lake-Mercer/Underwood/McClusky] (Turtle Lake, ND)

Next up, the Raiders play the Washburn Cardinals (Washburn, ND) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 19. Richardton-Taylor will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Cardinals go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 61-31 league win over Wilton/Wing (Wilton, ND).
