The Robert Toombs Christian Academy Crusaders basketball team (Lyons, GA), was nudged 46-44 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Twiggs Academy Trojans (Jeffersonville, GA)

The Trojans now possess a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to John Hancock Academy for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 18.

The Crusaders (4-10) will now prepare for their battle against Memorial Day (Savannah, GA). The Matadors come into the GIAA A Region 6 battle with a 2-11 record.
