The Saint Gertrude Gators (Richmond, VA) basketball felled the visiting St. Catherine's Saints (Richmond, VA), 60-44 in Tuesday's league test.

The Gators (6-8) will now prepare for their test against St. Margaret's (Tappahannock, VA). The Scotties go into the LIS test with a 6-8 record.

The Saints now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Norfolk Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, January 18. St. Catherine's will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 54-22 non-league win over TEACH (Virginia Beach, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-2.
