Amador Valley Dons (Pleasanton, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Granada Matadors (Livermore, CA), 52-32 in a league bout.

With the victory, Amador Valley upgrades its record to 9-7 on the campaign. The Dons travel to San Ramon Valley (Danville, CA) to play the Wolves in a bout on Thursday, January 18. The Wolves come into the bout with a record of 15-1. San Ramon Valley won 51-27 in their recent league bout against Livermore (Livermore, CA)

Next up, the Matadors play the California Grizzlies (San Ramon, CA) in a bout, on Friday, January 19. Granada will attempt to upgrade on its 3-15 season record. The Grizzlies come into the bout with a 8-5 record after their 47-36 non-league win over Lincoln (Stockton, CA).
