Utah High School Basketball - North Sanpete ripped by Emery

The Emery Spartans basketball team scored 63 points and held the host North Sanpete Hawks to 38 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Spartans now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Juab for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 18. Emery will meet a Wasps team coming off a 52-38 league win over Manti (Manti, UT). The Wasps record now stands at 1-2.

The Hawks (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Carbon (Price, UT). The Dinos enter the non-league contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Carbon was routed by Canyon View (Cedar City, UT), 50-32, in a non-league contest.
