In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Goddard Rockets basketball team scored a tight 26-19 triumph over the Roswell Coyotes.
In their next game, the Rockets meet the Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM) in a non-league match, on Thursday, January 18. Goddard will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record.
With the defeat, Roswell moves to 1-4 on the year. The Coyotes travel to Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM) to meet the Rams in a non-league match on Saturday, January 20. The Rams enter the match with a record of 11-0. Rio Rancho won 64-29 in their recent non-league match against Capital (Santa Fe, NM)
