California High School Basketball - Hilmar nips Ripon Christian

Hilmar Yellowjackets (Hilmar, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Ripon Christian Knights (Ripon, CA), 32-29 in a league bout.

With the victory, Hilmar upgrades its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Livingston (Livingston, CA) to play the Wolves in a bout on Thursday, January 18. The Wolves come into the bout with a record of 1-5.

Next up, the Knights play the Riverbank Bruins (Riverbank, CA) in a bout, on Thursday, January 18. Ripon Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Bruins come into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 65-28 league win over Hilmar (Hilmar, CA).
